Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident et administrateur de Radisson Mining Resources inc. de novembre 1988 \u00e0 juin 1991. ; pr\u00e9sident et administrateur de Dufresnoy Industrial Minerals inc. de mai 1994 \u00e0 novembre 1996; et secr\u00e9taire corporatif de Mazarin Mining Corporation inc. de septembre 1991 \u00e0 juin 1994. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Monarques Resources inc. de mars 2011 \u00e0 octobre 2012, et administrateur jusqu\u2019en avril 2020. Mr. Lafleur is a professional geologist with over 45 years of national and international experience in mineral exploration. He has held leadership roles in junior mining companies and contributed to successful exploration programs in Quebec, Ontario, Mexico, and Africa. Since the early 2000s, he has acted as a technical and strategic consultant for major mining companies, including Newmont, Falconbridge, Dome Mines, and Placer Dome. He currently serves as Vice President of Exploration at Tomagold Corporation. He is also Co-Director at SELA Capital Management and a Founding Partner of Dolomite International Inc. Mr. Lafleur brings strong expertise in project evaluation.
